These Terms govern access to FanBudi's website and sports-community preview (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify FanBudi if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Community conduct
Keep FanBudi sports-focused. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, or spam content. Do not impersonate another person, manipulate engagement, evade moderation, or interfere with the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FanBudi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content. You may delete content where the product provides a delete control.
4. Moderation and athlete verification
FanBudi may review reports and remove content, limit Nation access, suspend accounts, or ban accounts to enforce these Terms or protect the community. Athlete badges are granted through manual review and may not be transferred or misrepresented. A badge confirms FanBudi's review; it is not an endorsement.
5. Game data and simulated bets
Scores, schedules, and odds may be delayed or inaccurate. Simulated bet tracking is entertainment-only: it does not accept wagers, hold money, pay prizes, or provide financial or gambling advice.
6. Intellectual property
FanBudi's software, branding, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Service and do not transfer FanBudi's intellectual property. Submit copyright notices through the DMCA form.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The preview is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FanBudi disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
FanBudi may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. You may stop using the Service and delete your account. FanBudi may restrict or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms.
